This includes rides to medical appointments, dialysis, physical therapy, pharmacies, hospitals, and other essential destinations, along with in-town and out-of-town taxi rides for the general public. We also offer wheelchair-accessible transportation.
Can you explain your pricing structure for rides?
Our pricing is based on mileage, trip type, and whether wheelchair-accessible service is needed. Medical rides are billed through insurance or Medicaid when applicable, and private-pay rides receive upfront pricing before dispatch.
How do I book a ride with your service?
You can book a ride by calling or texting our dispatch line, sending us a message through Facebook, or scheduling in advance for medical appointments. We recommend booking ahead whenever possible, especially for early-morning or wheelchair-accessible rides.
What are your hours of operation for transportation services?
Our hours of operation vary by day and service type. We operate Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday through Saturday from 5:00 a.m. to midnight. Medical and scheduled rides can also be arranged in advance outside of standard hours when needed.
