Med-Lift is an excellent and professional family owned and operated transportation company. The drivers are professional, kind and care about getting you to your appointment in a timely manner as well as picking you up in a timely manner. I lovehow Mitchell will open my door and make sure I am seated and have my seatbelt properly secured so I am safe. I appreciate the respectful way he speaks and he is very intelligent and interesting. I enjoy our short conversations on a variety of topics. I feel like I am really being chauffeured. Johnny is very personable and works hard to make sure his customers are taken care of and Med-Lift is an excellent and professional family-owned and operated transportation company. Where another company that has a sun on their doors makes you feel like you are somehow being driven around by 1930’s gangsters and I don’t mean that in a good way at all. I would recommend the first class service MedRides provides every single time. I would put my Mom in one of their cars. My Mom always had a Cadillac and when she stopped driving her grandsons transported her in a Mercedes Benz Sedan. My Mom always had the best. She would have given Med Lif 5 stars. I’m absolutely confident of it.

These guys are amazing!!! They take my nana to her appointments weekly. Not only are they on time and always so kind they walk her into ALL of her appointments!!! And NEVER has she had to wait hours like with other companies!
